2012 Goals and Changes

2011 is coming to an end. In general it’s the time everyone starts thinking about their goals for next year. I’ve had a few things running constantly in the back of my mind for a couple of months now.

This has been mostly a glorified hobby for me.

I love each and every one of you that has hired me to capture your life as it is now. You have allowed me to create and be inspired by just being with you. For that I am eternally grateful.

But I need to make a change. I need to attack this whole photography thing and take it somewhere. I need to stop treating it as a glorified hobby. I need to make pricing changes and business changes and technical changes and make it real.

Over the next few months I will be working on making some changes to my blog. I will be putting together a new pricing structure and product package. There will be more little things to come and I’ll share my goals and progress as we move forward.

I’m going to be shooting for myself a lot this winter. Taking on personal projects and being more adventurous.

But for now – thanks for sticking around. I hope you continue to enjoy my PNW series and ramblings.
